He is particularly interested in Leicester's digital art and electronic music heritage, British Cybernetic Art, and live multimedia from the 1990s/2000s. He supports grassroots digital art activity through workshops, mentorship and events. In 2018, he received a PhD in Computational Art from DeMontfort University.
